5. Intellectual Property (Design Work)

  • Drafts, concepts, and unused designs remain our property

You may NOT:

  • Claim authorship of draft concepts

  • Resell or redistribute designs without permission (unless ownership has been transferred)

6. Electronics Products – Warranty & Returns

  • Products may include a limited warranty (if applicable), specified at purchase

  • Customers must inspect products upon delivery

Returns:

  • Accepted within [3] days for defective or damaged items

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required
